If you are based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. This applies to your first purchase on each plan. To receive a full refund, you must not have made significant use of paid features during that period.
Email info@mybmctool.com with the subject line Refund request. Include your account email address and the Lemon Squeezy order ID (found in your billing receipt). We will process your request within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless there was a technical error on our side. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
If you are on a yearly plan and cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal, you can request a pro-rata refund for the unused months remaining in that year.
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been used, they are non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
